As an executive in corporate America, one thing we hold dear to us are our customers. Pearl vision obviously doesn’t care about just common courtesy or they wouldn’t have this person speaking to the customers the way she just spoke to me and dismissing my questions or concerns for contact lenses I was having issues with. I will NOT be coming back after I receive my contact lenses and they will NOT be getting my business again!

First issue: I purchased a pair of glasses for $600, only to later discover that the exact same frames were being sold as sunglass hut for $200. When I raised the concern, the office refused to offer any refund or price adjustment. I had to escalate the issue up the chain of command just to receive a partial refund, not a full adjustment. In my opinion, this practice engages in unfair and deceptive pricing. Second issue: On another visit, I had a 10:40 AM appointment. Despite driving 30 minutes in inclement weather, I arrived at 10:51, only 11 minutes late. I was told I’d need to reschedule, even though their next appointment was a no-show. There was no consideration for the weather or the effort it took to get there—just an immediate refusal to see me. Both experiences made it clear that they lack flexibility, customer care, and basic fairness. I cannot recommend this office.
