  This place is awful. Just awful. I hate that I have to even give one star. Of course, it was easy as heck to get an appointment but anything beyond that is like pulling teeth. First, the office manager doesn't just try to upsell on EVERYTHING, but he jokingly tried to make me "feel bad" that I hated every frame there and that I did not want to order contacts through them. It was annoying and awkward. I wasn't in the mood to be hustled or bullied into buying ugly and EXPENSIVE frames. Secondly, they didn't put my PD on the script for my glasses. So I called the next day, and the next, and the next before finally just taking myself up there. The receptionist said "oh I'm so sorry, I was JUST about to check my voicemail!" Mhm. Fast forward a little bit, they didn't include the curve # on my contact prescription. So I called, and called, you get the idea. STILL no return call. That was two days ago so... What day is it that voicemails get checked? I've seen the company respond to some of these reviews saying that they're "working on the phone system" but I'm not sure how hard it is to having a working number and/or return calls daily if they cannot be bothered enough to pick up a phone. Is that not the job of the receptionist? Don't bother coming here. Go to Walmart, go anywhere else that actually has a lick of customer service. Because this place is not that.

  Staff is amazing! They are helpful, knowledgable and efficient. Would highly recommend this location.

  Had an awesome experience at the beavercreek Pearle Vision. It was my first time going there so I didn’t know what to expect but they knocked it out of the park. Dr rudolf was very professional and personable. And the tech caitlyn was beyond helpful, offering suggestions and answering any question i had. Hands down the best eyewear experience I’ve had in my 20 years of wearing glasses!

  I went to see Dr. Kathleen Rudolf for a routine eye exam at Pearle Vision. As usual she was pleasant, kind, and paid attention to all the details concerning my eyes. When she noticed something unusual, she acted quickly to make sure I got the information and the special care that I needed. I am so thankful for all that Dr. Rudolph has done over the years to help me see great and keep my eyes healthy!

  The staff was amazing but it was quite expensive and they don’t tell you costs up front. I spent close to $400 on eye exam, contact lens exam, frames, and lenses
