Never had this many issues at any other Kroger pharmacy location . Between can’t find my insurance , can’t find my prescription to 5 more mins not ready yet. These guys don’t know what they are doing every visit has been an issue . Moved prescription to Austin landing location and never had an issue since.

I switched from Walgreens to Kroger maybe 1 to 2 years ago because Kroger carried my prescription much cheaper. I just noticed all the one star reviews. I’ve never had an issue here. Also, there was a review saying that they couldn’t fill the prescription through the app here at this location. That’s all I ever do is use the app or the website and never had an issue. I think the longest I had to wait ever was maybe like 10 minutes inside. Remember they have a drive-through as well! Usually, there’s not more than a few cars in the drive-through.

They are always pleasant and helpful, it is busy but that’s not their fault, they move as fast as they can and stay professional and friendly.

You can tell everyone who works here despises the entire experience and you for *daring* to pick up your prescription. Only reason I use it is for convenience.
