  Both of the times I stopped in at this location. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jordan. He’s not only knowledgable of the products they sell. But also very welcoming. I don’t know what this gentleman makes but surely he could use a pay bump.

  Had the worst customer service here today. Sales associate was on his personal phone and ignoring the shop. When I went to check out he tried to bully me buying more products then got nasty when I refused. Tired of bad experiences at this store. Will never shop here again.

  Jerica was so incredibly helpful! I had visited looking for a new pre-workout, and I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to go for, just that I didn’t want the same thing I had been using. After spending about 20 mins looking at all the options, we finally made it to the checkout. I was talking to my boyfriend about a product that I had been thinking about trying as I was placing my items on the counter, and she was very willing to jump in and give her experience on how it worked for her (in a good way!!). She could sense my indecision, and was eager to walk me through a couple of different products that they had carried and the different nutritional information and her personal experiences with them. Safe to say, I did not leave with the products I had initially intended on buying, as her input steered me more towards something that I was looking for. I left very satisfied, and felt much more confident about the decision and the money spent. To make everything even better, I tried my product for the first time today and absolutely loved it!!!

  This happened last winter, and I’ll never return to this place because of an extremely rude employee. He was a very young-looking (around 20–28) white guy with a slightly large build. When I asked about the price of a jar of protein powder, he said, "Too much." When I asked what he meant, he replied, "You know, it's expensive." Annoyed, I asked him to just tell me the price. He muttered, complained about scanning the tags, and finally gave me the price. As I went to put it back, he said, "I told you." He also sarcastically asked, "You like this?" when I picked up another item. His tone was so irritating that it ruined the experience. Since then, I’ve avoided the store and hope he was fired. If he was, I might consider going back to that GNC. + Also, I’m not sure if this was the same employee, but when my Black boyfriend visited this store, an employee looked at his membership information and, after seeing his name, said, "This is your name? No, this isn’t your name," and then added, "From now on, your name is OOOOO." There was absolutely nothing humorous about this interaction, and I was furious when I heard about it. Once again, I’m not sure if this was the same employee I encountered, but it’s clear that the service from the staff at this store is absolutely terrible.
