- JPJustin PringleSep 3, 20255.0Both of the times I stopped in at this location. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jordan. He’s not only knowledgable of the products they sell. But also very welcoming. I don’t know what this gentleman makes but surely he could use a pay bump.

When I went to check out he tried to bully me buying more products then got nasty when I refused. Tired of bad experiences at this store. Will never shop here again.

He was a very young-looking (around 20–28) white guy with a slightly large build. When I asked about the price of a jar of protein powder, he said, "Too much." When I asked what he meant, he replied, "You know, it's expensive." Annoyed, I asked him to just tell me the price. He muttered, complained about scanning the tags, and finally gave me the price. As I went to put it back, he said, "I told you." He also sarcastically asked, "You like this?" when I picked up another item. His tone was so irritating that it ruined the experience. Since then, I’ve avoided the store and hope he was fired. If he was, I might consider going back to that GNC. + Also, I’m not sure if this was the same employee, but when my Black boyfriend visited this store, an employee looked at his membership information and, after seeing his name, said, "This is your name? No, this isn’t your name," and then added, "From now on, your name is OOOOO." There was absolutely nothing humorous about this interaction, and I was furious when I heard about it. Once again, I’m not sure if this was the same employee I encountered, but it’s clear that the service from the staff at this store is absolutely terrible.
