    Booked through lens crafters over a week ago and was messaged the day before only a few hours before they closed, that they are private and aren't affiliated with lens crafters. Called their office multiple times hours before they closed to discuss my appointment and had no response, as well as through their texting service. Come day of appointment still no response, no phone call, nothing. Had hours before the appointment to communicate with me and still no response. 0/10 completely unprofessional and disorganized

    Awesome crew at this location. My husband & I had appointments on a very busy Saturday afternoon. The staff were incredibly polite and knowledgeable. Dr. Su is wonderful and listened/gave advice for every issue I told her about. Keep up the good work!
