- HDHELENA DALTON4 days ago5.0I recently visited Podiatry, Inc. with a young family member who was very nervous about her ingrown toenail procedure. The assistant immediately made a difference—she spoke in such a calm, reassuring tone that it completely eased her fears and even stopped her tears. When the doctor came in, he clearly explained the process and what to expect afterward. He was incredibly gentle and patient throughout the entire visit. Thankfully, she only needed part of the toenail clipped away from the skin, and the procedure went smoothly. By the end, she was smiling, relieved, and so excited that she could walk without pain again—no more limping, and back to running and jumping like herself. The care and compassion we experienced were outstanding. I was so impressed that I even scheduled an appointment for myself. Highly recommend!
