He was professional and thorough, and I had a very positive experience during the exam itself. Unfortunately, my experience afterward when selecting frames was extremely disappointing. I worked with Sky, and the level of service was poor. He seemed more focused on trying to assist every customer who walked through the door rather than giving adequate attention to the customer he was already helping. He repeatedly got up to show frames to other people while I was mid-conversation with him. At one point, I almost asked whether he intended to help me or every other customer coming in. Even another customer commented, asking if he was helping her or me. That alone speaks to how disorganized and inattentive the interaction felt. I was very annoyed and ultimately decided not to purchase anything. I would rate that portion of my visit a 1 out of 5. The lack of basic customer service and attentiveness significantly impacted my overall experience.
