  Quest diagnostics is conventionally located. I like how you can make an appointment if you wish, or be a walk in. The employees are always kind and knowledgeable.

  Do not come unless you have an appointment. Even though they have no shows on their appointments they left me sit in the waiting area when nobody else was waiting. They should say no walk ins appointments only. The nurse came out twice calling no shows and even asked if I was the only one here. Another appointment, that they let in early asked them on my behalf and they told him, if she doesn't have an appointment she can just sit out there. There's no need for that type of attitude. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Hopefully someone reads this that changes the policy or the attitudes at this location.

  The absolute single most unprofessional place ive ever had the displeasure of visiting the sign in process was void of human interaction to the point that one elderly gentel.an went to the locked door and kno ked loudly to get assistance and then walked out when no one came. It was very impersonal and cold. Very unprofessional and the tech was less than knowledgeable about any information that i requested other than to hand me a buisness card and tell me to call. When called you get put into a never ending circle of computer generated or A.I. generated voices with absolutely no personalized help,absolutely ridiculous and again unprofessional. I'll be looking for another source other than Quest for my next visit in 2 weeks. A very poorly operated company.

  Appointment was scheduled online. Unfortunately, the time was delayed considerably due to decreased staff (due to illness??, perhaps).
