  The rudest optometrist. We had to drive to Avon because the Ontario one was closed for remodeling. My daughter was going to get contacts for the first time. He wouldn’t allow her to try to put them in because it would take all night for her to put them in he said. He was trying to put them in her eye and she was telling him to stop because it was hurting and he kept going. My daughter had tears because of it. He told us we would have to schedule another appointment to come back to show she can put them in on her own. We told him we live over an hour and a half away. He still wouldn’t allow her to try. The worst experience ever.

  Great experience! Exam was thorough and quick. He took the time to answer my questions. They have a lot of great glasses options to pick from.

  The optometrist was great. The front desk was not very helpful. I was there for my son who did not end up needing any prescription eyewear, however, I wanted to purchase a new set of eyewear and had a few insurance questions. They did not take the time to address my question due to being completely engaged in trying to Figure some out on the computer. It was very frustrating to say at the least. I explained three times that I wanted to see if I can get new glasses with my current insurance. And both of them stayed engaged in the computer, didn’t look up and asked me the same question I asked them without paying any real attention. I am an established patient, I had about 600 to spend on my FSA there that day, but didn’t due to their inability to take care of a customer. I will never go back to target optical.

  The provider was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The staff was so great at helping me pick out frames after and made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision. Would definitely recommend!

  Thanks to Dr. Verlich and staff I can finally see correctly again after years of needing contacts. The entire staff were absolutely wonderful! I walked out the same day with daily use contacts to hold me over while I wait for my prescription to arrive at home. Realizing how much detail I can see again while driving is absolutely mind blowing. Definitely would recommend for a great and comfortable experience and will be returning for future visits.
