  I made an appt prior to my visit, once i arrived i did check in on the kiosk easily however seeing several elderly patients come in after that struggled i think is so wrong, im sure they take up more of the clientele as opposed to me 34 yrs old dropping off a urine sample. Further more their hrs & system of walkin/appt is so clustered ppl sit there to be told they cant be waited on and the fact u cant speak to 1 person. I understand its 2025 nobody wants to do customer srv anymore but this is also poor practice & wrong to the patients whether u try to call or in person u cant speak to anyone, i get called back & the lady was such a clustered mess i had my sample in my hand in her view she was trying to give me a new container & then told me she couldnt take it, someone had to come in & help her which is fine if u need aome assistance but maybe u shouldnt be getting the patient all worked up when u dont have the right information & were wrong abt what u said to me until maybe u verify. Lastly a specialist asked for this sample & i requested for my family doctor to get a copy, they told me the only way they can do it is by fax, my doc office was closed it was sat, they said well we cant, kind of hypicritocal that u wont acknowledge a client & make them do kiosk but u cant email results only fax, yeah ok. would have to be forced to go back here

  I had a good experience at Quest Diagnostics. The woman who drew my blood was friendly, professional, and skilled. She put me at ease.
