  Worst two years of my life, dental wise. I have complained consistently about many symptoms for years regarding one tooth, which has always been brushed off as "normal", despite the symptoms growing worse. Two years later, a huge infection has been discovered. While in the office for this discovery, Dr. Cooper was rude and did not provide any response to my questions about the seriousness of the infection he found. Another practice extracted my tooth and spent two hours on my jaw--finding several cysts totaling the size of a quarter, in addition to 2 large holes in my jaw bone and the floor of my sinus bone eaten away by infection. 7 months ago I asked to have my tooth evaluated or even pulled due to the pain I was having. I was again dismissed because diagnostic tools were not properly used to x-ray the gum/jaw. My new dentist has check in on me twice 3 times and I've only been their patient for 24 hours, while Lavelle, Welsh and Cooper haven't called to check in once nor did they help with trying to get me in for care for the infection they found. I was ignored for years and then out on my own once they realized the severity of my infection. I do not recommend any doctor who does not listen to their patients or give information regarding problems and treatment.
