  Went in today and it was absolutely a disaster!! Hannah at the front desk of the little clinic was the best part! She ran around because no one would help her and she was amazing at the end of all of this! Anyways I went in for a physical Hannah got me checked in and actually helped me retrieve my shot records for my primary health doctor and she was quick and in her toes absolutely amazing woman! After Hannah exited the room the doctor came in. I didn’t catch her name and don’t want too. She was rude, cold, unfriendly by all means. As the doctor was looking at my shot records she told me she couldn’t complete my physical because next too my shots that stated the dates I got them said “ discontinued “ this was for a MMR shots! You get them when you’re a child I got mine in 2007 and 2010. The dates were stated right there. She proceed to tell me she was drawling my blood to test it because the dates she “ didn’t know” if I got them AS THEY ARE RIGHT IN FROMT OF HER HIGHLIGHTED. She said the blood drawl was another 35 on top of the 85 I already paid for the physical. She drew my blood and then stated I would be refunded 50$ to cover the blood drawl that wasn’t needed at all. She then proceeded to take my blood and told me I should hear from the little clinic in 24-48 hours. Hannah turned around and called me and told me that she couldn’t complete refund it all or they could keep the 85 and bill me for the blood work and it the 85 towards when I come back for the physical. I went right back knowing what the doctor told me was wrong after she was telling me she’s done this work for years and she knew and I was wrong and everything else. I walked back in and Hannah being the absolute angel she is said she was already in communications with her higher ups because she knew what the doctor said was not right by any means and refused me the whole 85 and made sure I wasn’t billed Moral of the story Hannah keep going you are an absolute angel of a person and you work your butt off And as for the mean nurse who was absolutely awful. Please find a new place to go. Or I will not be returning to that little clinic.

  Hannah is AWESOME deserves a raise..she actually listens and takes HER time with customers..She has worked with me a few times in the past (regarding documents)and currently on the phone regarding patient portal for my children,when actual representatives just seemed to rush everything and didnt fully listen nor explain things..Just said "every visit was posted on portal...??" When I was asking about the actual school excuse notes....NOT the summary,that isnt what I was talking about? I called a few times regarding this,and got nowhere..Once I was able to reach the clinic Hannah went over her time to help resolve the issue and found out some of the notes actually were NOT posted to the portal and she helped resolve that issue...Thank you SO much Hannah for your time,even after hours and on a Friday for that matter....

  I wouldnt take my dog to them, High School Physicals turned into, nurse practitioner on a power trip telling me allergies are not hereditary, and after a lifetime of doctors appointments the Nurse practitioner tells my kid he has a definite heart murmur, now he's crushed! but its never been documented before, but a poe Dunk clinic in the corner miraculousy finds it, never going back there again!

  Place is a joke! Staff is Incompetent. Run for your life. If you like waiting hours to be told to comeback tomorrow while having a severe allergic reaction this place is for you. If you tell them you need a shot and not pills they will not listen to you. They can’t get it right. Then you end up in emergency room with them wanting to call an ambulance for you after treating you the day before. If you like wasting time and money go here.

  I scheduled a rapid COVID test for my husband online, got confirmation with instructions and he showed up at the correct time. The provided phone number to call upon arrival in the parking lot had the recording 'no one is available to answer your call'. So, against the directions he had to go in. There was no appointment. He waited for an hour for them to 'fit him in', where they did NOT do the rapid test as ordered, but the one taking several days to get results, consequently increasing the time he cannot go to work, and I need to quarantine. This morning we got a reminder call that he had a Little Clinic appt set for this morning - nope, wrong day. Not ONE thing was correctly done.
