  I dislike big box style gyms where all equipment is taken and there is barely room to walk around, let alone workout. This is the exact opposite of that. Lots of versatile equipment, 24/7 access, friendly staff and pricing is extremely fair. Highly recommend.

  Absolutely love coming here! It’s rarely crowded, has great equipment and everyone has been super polite. Randy is great and always happy to help when I have any questions!

  Have been with Forza since the day they opened, up until about a year ago they started multi-charging my bank account. Totaling over $250+ of fraudulent charges. There were months where I was charged 2-3 times. Confronted Randy about it and he tried to say there was an issue with my banks end and wasn’t his issue. Gym is filthy, machines are never properly maintained. Bathroom is dirtier than a truck stops. Randy is a crook, and so is his wife who is to be “behind” all of the finances like he has no clue what is going on. If you are in the Amelia area, please refrain from these people. Support other local gyms who conduct business the ethical way. I just got a membership @Anytime and the owner there told me within the last month he’s gotten over 15 members from Forza all saying they are going through the same issues.

  I have been training with Randy for several years now, and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the most dedicated professionals I have ever worked with. Over the years, he has moved beyond just being a coach; he has become a true mentor and a trusted advisor in my fitness journey. I trust him completely with my physical training and health. He possesses an incredible ability to push me to my limits while ensuring my long-term safety and progress. Beyond the gym, he is a true pillar in our community—someone who leads by example and inspires everyone around him. I am proud to call him my trainer, but even more proud to call him a friend.
