All of these reviews basically say the same thing how has nothing changed? Went in sick wouldn’t give me medicine or do anything in general other than charge me and be rude. Just don’t go here lady sucks. I wish I read the reviews. I would go far out of the way before going here.

I made an appointment and arrived 10 min prior. I had the email with confirmation number. I was not able to check it at the kiosk because of a lady using it that was really struggling to fill it out. A lady finally came out of the back and ask her if she had an appointment and she said "NO". She wanted routine vaccinations. It was a long wait with the worker helping her. She hovered over the kiosk the whole time. As soon as they were done I checked in at the kiosk in seconds. The place was empty except for 2 workers, the lady wanting vaccinations and myself. I proceeded to the waiting room. After a little bit of a wait they finally come out and get the lady wanting vaccinations. I thought "What the Hell" I had an appointment and they were taking walk in's ahead of appointments. Why bother having appointments? I canceled my appointment on my phone and left. I won't be back unless I absolutely have to go there.

Literally the most rude staff I’ve ever come across. I came in just to ask a simple question if they would have time today to do a rapid covid test as they are a walk-in clinic and was told no as the lady was looking at me like I was stupid for even asking?! She continued to be rude to me and MADE SURE I knew that they’re lunch break was in an hour (which cool, I understand that, duh) I’m just asking a simple question and all she wanted to do was push me away and go somewhere else. If you would have just been nice instead of rude everything would have gone a lot better🙃

I was grateful to have Elizabeth as my doctor when I came in a couple days ago. She answered all my questions patiently & was able to diagnose what I had & send out a prescription right away. She also gave advice as to what to do outside of medicinal treatment to ease my symptoms. Price always depends on your insurance. Probably between $30-70 (don't quote me on that!). They have a screen that gives estimates. Wait times are always unpredictable, as with any urgent care or ER. You can call & ask the gal at the desk before you come or see if there are several patients in the waiting area. Staff are people, too. Treat them nicely & you can't go wrong. They are not supposed to give medical advice. They can only tell you what they can test for. They do not have X-Ray machines. They can test for things like mono, strep & rule out some more serious issues or send you to the ER, if needed.
