Horrific wait times. 30-90 minutes is the norm. Not like this review will matter due to such a large corporation. Shame on the Kroger family. Your day of reckoning will come very soon. Bernard Kroger Would be flipping in his grave if he knew what his greedy family has done to his empire.

I have been with Amelia Kroger Pharmacy for 4years and have never had a problem, my scripts are always filled when ready, have app. on my cell & text me when ready. Very patient. Yes sometimes drive-thru time is long, but it all depends on time of day. Not complaining.

Do you know when you call your local pharmacy line for any krogers it goes to a call center in blue Ash Ohio. You are not talking to your local pharmacy. They answer as local pharmacy but its a call center. The only time they transfer is meds questions but they do refills and other stuff within laws and Hippa.
Fyi….
