  Drug tests are only done 9am-3pm!! This is not listed anywhere and I wasted a drive out there because I arrived 30 minutes past the 3pm deadline & got turned away. The worker everyone is talking about definitely isnt the sweetest, but I get how it can be annoying when Questdiagnostics doesn’t provide communication on times for specific tests, (I’m sure she deals with upset people all day long). I went for a drug test and my results took over a week to come back when I was told ‘2 days’. Edit: The second time I came here I was met with her again and she was completely rude & demeaning. Make sure you can stand up for yourself if you plan on going here, this worker will walk all over you without a care in the world.

  Nurse took forever to figure out my lab orders even though I printed them out brought them with me. She was not at all friendly and she was an older African-American woman who has had previous negative reviews as well.

  Although I got in to my appointment early and the tech was pleasant, I have extensive bruising from the procedure. It took her several minutes and two jabs along with several minutes of painful rooting around with the needle in my arm and hand. I know some bruising is normal, but this is the first time I have had hematomas and the bruising is deep purple. This has never happened to me before. She said she had been doing this for 31 years, but I gotta say, I hope she hasn't been doing it this badly for that long.

  Getting my blood work done it's not a favorite pastime of mine but when I need to get a yearly check up I like going to this quest diagnostics. I can register and schedule online and get this done very fast. The nurse at this location is fantastic and I have been to some other locations and those have been good too. I really appreciate The efficiency of their location and the speed of the appointment. It gets me in and out very fast. Nice job guys. Thank you!
