  Absolutely horrible. Did a walk in at 8:40 had an appointment time at 9:40. At 9:40 I was told she was the only one working and basically my appointment time didn't matter. Another person they had an appointment and was over a hour behind. You need to do better and hire people who actually do their job. Never again will I use this location.

  Love the place very short wait time. The staff is very professional and friendly. Great place to get you lab test.

  I had walk- ins who showed up after me get in before me. It was nearly a half hour wait. I was met with judgment before I even sat in the chair. The phlebotomist didn't actually feel for my veins, but just ran her finger along my skin. There was no pressure applied or checking for bounce/resistance. Begrudgingly, she went for my hand, blew the vein, and did not complete several orders and refused to try a vein on my hand that I know from experience is better than the one she used. I now have to waist money and get new orders because of the incompetency and attitude of the phlebotomist.
