  What’s the point Of having walk-ins when you turned them away way before closing time ?I set and waited to be called for a very long time when finally someone came out, thinking that she was going to start calling people to my surprise the lady shouted to everyone “ This will be my last appointment everybody else who is a walk-in will need to come back another day or schedule an appointment” Very frustrating when I had my doctor order up lab work because I live out of state, I rushed over to make sure I was on time before closing. All to be turned around. Do better.

  My scheduled appointment was 12pm. I didn’t get called in until 1pm. I was told one of the employees didn’t come in so the lab was behind. That being said the phlebotomist took her time and was pleasant despite being short handed. She was able to do my blood draws without any problems.

  Was told on the website that appointments would take priority, which is fine. However, when I tried making an appointment ahead of time, there were apparently NO slots available at ANY locations, so I came in as a walk-in. The check-in monitor told me my wait would be OVER AN HOUR for a urine drug screen. I was told that my drug screen had to be done within 72 hours of ordering, which was not doable until Monday because Quest is closed on the weekends. My test will now be delayed because I could not make an appointment and the labs are so poorly staffed, and I don't know how this will effect my insurance or prescription. Everyone here is extremely friendly, patient and helpful. It's an absolute shame that Quest is squeezing every last cent they can and forcing these techs/phlebs to work alone with a massive workload. I work in laboratory medicine and what Quest is is NOT lab medicine; it's a factory that mocks real medicine. It treats people poorly because it can, understaffs and overworks. The sale with Summa should never have happened and is a crime to everyone in the area.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service. Faye was horrible in handling patient complaints. Will refuse to service you if you complain. Very unprofessional. Staff also didn’t help elderly patients with checking in. Leaving it to myself and other patients in lobby to help multiple elderly patients with checking in. Something needs to done.
