- PKPete KNov 11, 20255.0“Rules for thee, but not for me.” I appreciate that Matt and Bri dealt with a situation whereby a member was loudly yapping on his cell phone, while tying-up equipment for an extended period of time, and disturbing other members with his obnoxious call. (It never ceases to amaze me how so many people don’t believe that the rules apply to them, but that the rules only apply to everyone else.) I also appreciate JT, who did a great job greeting me when I came in and making me feel like a valued member. All three employees were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They are outstanding ambassadors for the Planet Fitness brand, and I hope management recognizes them! Kudos to all three for a job very well done!

They just upgraded their equipment, which is great. They keep their machines well maintained. If you ever see an “Out of order” sign on one, it’s never there long. The only drawback is they don’t believe in having the heat on when it gets cold out. I understand the workout area needs to remain cool, but the locker room doesn’t. The PF in Montrose is the only one that keeps their locker rooms cold. It sucks when you have to change and when you have to take a shower. I’ve been to 5 others in the area and this is the only one that can’t be bothered to turn on their heat.
