  Physically impossible to get an app appointment less than three months away. Person at the front desk is rude on the phone 9/10 times. I’ve been a patient for years and I’m finally deciding to switch cause this is ridiculous.

  I just tried to make a new patient appointment. The woman who answered the phone was unfriendly, short, and rude, then she hung up on me while I was giving her my info. When I called back I was hung up on again. Third time I called I was sent to a voicemail. I am desperate to find a doctor's office outside of these corporations where it is so impossible to do something as simple as book an appointment without spending the entire day on hold.
