  BEWARE!! Although they may be a free standing facility they will charge a $100 copay if you have EMBLEM HEALTH as if you went to the hospital!! I was told by the staff member working here that it was a regular $10 copay and then the bill came in stating $100 WHICH IS WHAT A HOSPITAL VISIT IS!! If I was told the correct information by the Yorktown staff I would have immediately cancelled this appointment and gone to another genuine free-standing facility! The people that I spoke to there said it was a $10 copay, still grieving this! Seek other places and get the true info before going here, especially if you are on a fixed income!

  Awful experience Sent by urgent care for X-ray to rule out fracture took hours to have X-ray taken only one technician doing all the imaging No results sent to the ordering doctor the following day

  Reviewing after 3 visits… 1st time my appointment was changed because they didn’t get the info from y MD even though my MD said they sent it. I had to change my appointment ok no problem. Appointment #w took for ever but it was done. Tech was gentle and patient. 2nd Exam (3rd visit) What a nightmare trying to get an appointment!!!! I was given the wrong Info and I had to call my MD 3 times before I was able to get an appointment 😂😂😂 Once at the office, I was told to be 1 hour early and I was just on time then I had to sat down for 50 minutes just to wait for my oral contrast to be given to me. Then I was told I did not need the contrast. Outrageous! 🙄 Giving 3 stars because my tech Mary Beth was lovely What a mess !!! Get it together
