I’m incredibly frustrated with how I was treated at the front desk. I drove over an hour to work out with a friend, only to have the woman working there rip up my valid 3-day trial pass that clearly ran from the 15th to the 18th. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or taking any responsibility, she immediately told me I’d have to pay $25 to work out. To make it worse, as I was leaving, she made an unnecessary and rude comment saying I shouldn’t have been able to get the pass in the first place because I’m not “local.” The entire interaction was unprofessional and dismissive, leaving a terrible impression of your gym.

Influencers? Cameras… right and left - not very fun when you just want to get a workout in and then have to wait extra long for them to finish their workout on the only machine available, and then dodge being in their background. Aren’t there specialized gyms for that? Also pretty disappointing to be paying the highest membership just for the “highest membership room” to be crowded, no bracelet control, and have everyone and their friends hop through the wall with holes and doors opened for just anyone, and then have all the handles for the cable machine to be taken and not returned. Cherry on top is someone hot boxing in the women’s restroom.

Horrible club with even worse management one of the women there I think her name is Dina was so rude. I was gonna sign up, but after dealing with her, I decided not to. I think there are much better options in the area such as 24 Hour Fitness just down the road

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I’ve been a member for 3months and come every day and it’s always been a positive experience. I always see workers cleaning, and any times machine were broken they were fixed within a week. The classes are good and the trainer are very knowledgeable and encouraging. If you come during the busy hours 3-5 it’s obviously gonna be busy but I find it’s very spaced and I enjoy working out in the private rooms.

loved the gym so much at first but had a shocking interaction with one of the fitness instructors… i was trying to leave the studio area as i had the highest membership and she got all up in my face pointing her finger at me telling me to go all the way around to the other exit (meanwhile i was like 5ft away from the door). also they blast the music and shout so loud u can hear it in the locker rooms. just left a sour taste in my mouth and i haven’t been back since . also even when i first signed up months ago it seemed like i was a bother to the manager, like why even work there if you’re going to have a bad attitude?? not all of them r like that though some of the employees were very sweet
