  Dr. Gupta treated me (mother) as if I were dumb and did not answer my questions. When I asked for clarification he told me that I was not listening to him (I misheard him, thus asked for clarification). Even my daughter was confused as to why he was blatantly rude to me. I would definitely try a different location before coming here.

  Horrible… Literally the worst urgent care I’ve been to. I checked in, three people went before me and when I approached the front desk they did not communicate with me that I had to tell them I checked in. The attitudes were nasty… they don’t care for customer service at all! NEVER AGAIN and I don’t recommend…

  If you are in need of quality care, this urgent care is top notch. The staff are all very caring and the facility is immaculate.

  Do not go here if you may need X-rays. Despite advertising an xray on site, they were not staffed to do X-rays on a Saturday afternoon. The receptionist told me this, but said the doctor would see me and worst case have me come back the following day for an xray. But the doctor told me I needed to go to the ER for X-rays. So I wasted my copay and an hour of wait time just to have to go to the ER anyway.
