  walked in today 3/25/26 at 335pm - staff refused to see us and said come back tomorrow morning. i have been to other quest locations at same time and every single locations takes me, provided paper work is in order. Whoever the person who told my husband to leave needs to be written up. if facility operaTES TILL 4pm you cant shut down at 335pm

  Check-in was orderly and I was called for my appointment right away. My tech was Fabian. I have known him for years and he is truly top notch with his knowledge, skill, and caring.

  On Saturday March 7, 2026 I had an appointment at 9:40. One of the staff said she wants to go home and that their closing in an hour. I looked at my phone and said in an hour which will be at 11. Their were a lot of people waiting and finally a staff comes out and said if your a walkin you won't be seen today because we will be closing at 12. I asked the staff would my son be seeing even when he has to fast and was told yes. We get to the room after 10:22 she looked at the lab and said oh no we won't be available to do this one today. I said it's not my fault that their your behind today and now your denying my son to do this lab work. I asked for a supervisor no response. I asked another staff and she was very rude and said you can go ahead and make a report and walked off. I have noticed that Quest hires unprofessional people who thinks it's ok to treat people very unkind and send them away. Look for a complaint from the Department of Health,BBB, Consumer Affairs, The Senate office, The attornery general, and any other possible places. It is never ok to treat someone unkind and refuse to assist him when it comes to their health.
