- ADAntonio DeFeoJan 15, 20262.0I called and left a voicemail for a call back. They did call fairly promptly, but the staffer who reached out must hate their job. Asked what the visit was for, asked what my insurance was, asked if we were returning patients AND then said someone else would have to call back and verify my insurance and probably wouldn't get seen for possibly 3 months. Sorry to bother you. I guess business is booming?
