- JSJay S.Dec 13, 20251.0I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this Stop & Shop location. This is the third time I’ve visited and found the floral department was not staffed. When I asked to speak with a manager, Renee came over, but unfortunately she did not assist in resolving the issue. In fact, when she noticed me calling for her multiple times, she chose to delegate the situation to a random employee instead of addressing it herself. That employee openly expressed frustration, stating that he was “pissed” and disliked being constantly thrown into situations he was unfamiliar with. This interaction felt extremely unprofessional and showed a lack of leadership and customer care. Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience, nor should employees be placed in uncomfortable situations due to poor management. I hope this location takes staffing, communication, and customer service more seriously moving forward.
