  Frustrating experience. Was running 10 minutes behind for my appointment, called to notify. I was told the doctor has a strict timeliness policy and my appointment will be canceled after 12 minutes. Got in right before the 12 minute grace period….. doctor said he will only see me for a consultation and not what my actual appointment was for. Why would I want to speak about my issues and not actually get checked for them? How do you have time for a consultation but not my actual appointment? I was literally there in person, all to be turned away. I will not be returning to Northwell- no compasión or adequate customer service. No wonder the ratings are so poor.

  It’s a shame that they require you to even leave one star because I would leave zero. Do not come to this doctor’s office… especially if you’re black or commuting. They have a strict 10 minute policy that they do not emphasize before making the appointment they will have you drive all the way out here to their confusing location that is not even GPS trackable and then will tell you that they cannot see you. They will also tell you what type of test that they are willing to administer not what you’re asking for rude, inconsiderate and not thorough. I saw one decent doctor here. The rest of the staff from the front desk to the manager are trash… HORRIBLE customer service, the girl at the desk acts like its her practice and is extremely rude to black patients I complained about this before to the office manager. She did absolutely nothing and I believe she was there today again doing absolutely nothing …. Just another facility this isn’t it. They clearly don’t need patients here or else they would do a better job of maintaining them. Feel bad for Dr. Charleston that she’s here. Maybe she’ll leave if she has a good sense Dr. Asakoma had. DONT GO HERE

  The place is hard to find but it didn't take long to run into it. It's around the corner of Dunkin Donuts. Then go up the stairs.

  Place is hard to find as GPS doesn’t take you to exact location. Other comments Allude to this issue you would think when you speak with the receptionist they would give you a heads up or instructions on finding the building. Having to park and walk around the whole building and asking multiple people for directions, This caused me to be 2-3 minutes over the grace period for them to tell me the doctor is strict and won’t see me. Would never return here
