10/16/2025 First and foremost, thank you, Sabrina at Ridge Hill. I genuinely appreciate Sabrina's outstanding service today. Sabrina made me feel welcome since I opened the door to enter your business. She gave me a genuine greeting and an authentic, unforced smile, including when I was departing the establishment. CHEERS!!! Sabrina multitasked without making it feel like I was being forgotten or ignored. She ensured I was cared for with what I needed to purchase and the services I needed. I would definitely recommend this location at Ridge Hill. I will undoubtedly make this location a frequent stop for my various eyewear, and I will inform my friends and family about this location and Sabrina. Not only was Sabrina excellent, but the store was also very bright, organized, and clean, with hundreds of frames neatly placed throughout, making shopping and browsing a wonderful experience. Chris

Very helpful and respectful. I also gotta say they were quick to help me with an issue with my frames and resolved my problem in a matter of 3 minutes. I would definitely recommend going here

Run from this location, Courtney is very disrespectful and rude. I paid for new lenses and I was told that I can hold my glasses while I wait for the lenses, the lenses came in but this location doesn't have a full time optometrist to fit my lenses. So I was now told by Liz that I have to leave my glasses for a couple of days while they get fixed, I explained that I can't be without my glasses and Courtney said oh well. I told her I was upset and this is unacceptable and she said she doesn't care. I came to the location and Courtney came out and told me "bye" very loud which hurt me, she had a guy just give me a bag with lenses and told me to leave. Now I have to find a place to put them in at my own cost. I will make sure to let everyone one know to go to another eye glass location, I will also be posting a negative review every day and will let everyone I know to stay away. My son works at Ridge Hill and I will have him let all his customers know to stay away. LensCrafters you need to see the character of your employees, Im only one person who is speaking out but I'm sure there are more.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
