I normally see the male doctor, whom I’ve always had great experiences with, but he wasn’t available so I saw a different doctor this time. She informed me that my insurance would not cover both a glasses and contact lens exam during the same visit. I clearly told her I would proceed with the glasses exam only and schedule a separate appointment for contact lenses at another time. Despite that, both exams were performed and I was billed $200. I was very surprised by this charge. Please be aware so this doesn’t happen to you as well.

Upon questioning was told I didn't know you didn't have vision insurance. I responded, U was not asked . Doctor was thorough, professional and pleasant.
