  I came to this hospital for a second opinion and I was 100 percent satisfied. The medical assistant was really nice and she made me feel so comfortable. The doctor was so informed to be honest, I’m not done with my treatment but I’m really certain that my health is in good hands. The best colorectal surgeon I’ve visited so far . DR. Titilayo ….. She broke everything down for me in a way that was easy to understand and gave me treatment options also. It meant so much to me honestly 🥹

  I have never posted a bad REVIEW ABOUT ANYONE I came to this office as a new patient , I was not feeling well and the Dr said to call in two days if I was not better , 6 times over 6 days I called and no one called me back ..... finally I got a Dr on the phone , this office does not provide good service or care ....DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!

  The front desk staff behavior and courtesy has sharply declined over the past several years. During my recent visit this month, the staff was yelling out date of births, full names, and when you initially walk in, they ignore you completely like you're the inconvenience. It's horrible. I watched them closely, all of them, do this to each patient, including myself. They need to be retrained, promptly, on how to treat people and become HIPAA compliant. I'm really more appalled now than ever.

  I came here because the city MD that I had gone to a few days earlier misdiagnosed me and I was in an immense amount of pain. Even though they were closing soon and they took me right away with no issues. The nurse was kind and understanding. She listened to me when I explained that I had been misdiagnosed and I just needed another strep test. They didn't try to give me any tests that I didn't need. Within 20 minutes I was given a strep test correctly, written a script for antibiotics and was out the door. This place is easily the best walk-in clinic I have ever gone to. They will be my new emergency clinic from now on.
