  I loved this pharmacy, especially Kim (and to be fair she’s still amazing and exactly what you want in a pharmacist and human). That being said, I took a trip with my 8 month old cross-continent to a different country. Meds get lost, people get exhausted, things happen. When I got back, the other pharmacist (and their “fill in” pharmacist) treated me like a junky. Despite direct calls from my doctor AND my insurance company, they would not give me the meds I needed and was prescribed — and that decision was made personally, by them. It was not precluded by insurance OR my actual doctor. Apparently they know better than my PCP and have more say in when things can be filled than my insurance. When I went in to discuss, I was treated like dirt, I was lectured by them, and told they would not fill my prescriptions despite my doctor and my insurance’s instructions. Not because they couldn’t: because they were choosing not to of their own volition — and this is not an exaggeration. That week-ish of time, by the way, was the ONLY span of time I ever had this issue (upon return from multiple 6 hour flights and time changes and a week away with an actual baby — so sorry I got confused and lost/misplaced/left behind some meds), in almost 3 years of filling my meds there. I hate CVS, but I had to go back to them because they were willing to listen to my doctor and insurance and get me back on track. If you want judgement, and rudeness and people who refuse your prescriptions if a problem arises (based not off rules, but personal opinions and judgements) by all means, go here. Otherwise, find yourself a decent pharmacist, who will fill prescriptions and follow insurance and your PCP as guided. Can’t stress enough that this doesn’t apply to Kim: if she were the only pharmacist there, I’d have gone there for life.

  Brandy is a wonderful pharmacist. All of the people that work at the pharmacy are fabulous. They are always busy but still take the time to make every customer feel special. They take the time to answer your questions and give you information on medications. Brandy gives vaccines and it never hurts.

  Best pharmacy experience I ever had. They genuinely show they care about their customers. I get all my flu shots and meds here and they are always delivered with a smile! They even set me up on auto delivery which makes it great and always I always get a call before the new order is filled in case I need to change it. Great customer experience.
