  I've been a patient of ProHealth Medical Oncology Associates (and its predecessor) for many years. I've always been treated with the utmost respect, caring, compassion and warmth. Whether it's reception, administration, the lab, the nursing staff and the doctors, their care and treatment have always been beyond reproach. Dr. Chan, my treating Hematologist, is focused, attentive, effective, professional and has a very warm and receptive bedside manner. He is knowledgeable in all areas of Hematology as well as a great conversationalist on other things. I can't say enough about the office and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

  I was in the office today March 16, 2021. I only have nice words to say for everyone that was there today. The staff was very accommodating. Upon entering the office you have to have your temperature taken because of Covid. Then you’re asked to sit down in the chair and then they come and do your blood pressure. You proceed to the front desk give your insurance card and your copayment if you have one. Then you proceed to the lab to have your blood taken for whatever you are therefore. Back to the waiting room for a few minutes and then onto the exam room to meet the doctor and go over all your statistics. I’ve been going to this office for the last five years to have my blood checked or something that they thought it was in my blood which has not shown up in five years.

  The staff were very well organized and extremely efficient. During these COVID 19 precautions, I was impressed that vacated seats in the waiting room were sprayed and wiped down continuously. I saw Dr. Sun promptly and I found her to be very pleasant. She listened to any concerns I may have..

  The staff is Awesome the office and exam rooms are clean. Hardly any waiting. Love my Cancer Team!
