Got ZERO communication like I couldn't get into a single class for 2 weeks finally got on the phone with someone they told me the 2 week pass no longer valid I said I called multiple times and no one picked up or reached out to help me set up a ride like she told I could buy class now like wow just why offer free class and then make it impossible to actually use it
