SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SMALL STUDIOS!!! You will get a better workout because they care unlike the terrible instructors here. Classes were never challenging probably because I was doing it wrong and the instructors don’t care. At the small studios I belong to now it’s SO much better they help you perfect your form it’s amazing!
