  Stephanie went ABOVE and BEYOND for me yesterday and today when I had to come back. This business and location is my first choice when it comes to needing blood draws, tests, etc.

  I brought in a lady friend of mine who had an order sent over …. We waited almost an hour past closing to drop off a urine sample .. my 85 year old frail friend .. we were there total 3 hours JUST TO DROP OFF A URINE SAMPLE SHALANDA WAS OVERLY making my frail sick friend not only wait all this time, when she finally got to us she made my friend walk all the way in the back so she could check her information. The request was ALREADY here from the doctor. I’ve done this SEVERAL times at other quests and all I’ve had to do was bring in the sample , give her name and they put a label on it. My poor friend looks like she’s ready to lay down and go to sleep.

  I have been coming here for last two years. Every time I come there is a queue and when ask always told that staff shortage.

  I would plan your appointment on a day that you don’t have any other commitments around the appointment time. Due to staffing issues i wasn’t seen for my 11:40 until 2 hours later. Other days I heard there is usually minimal wait time. Once I was seen my experience was very positive and the staff are pleasant.
