- SSSara1 day ago1.0I was going to change pharmacies from Walgreen's since they no longer accept my insurance. I called Kinney's to see if they accept my insurance before making the change. Molly answered the phone-she told me "they should" accept my insurance but they wouldn't know for sure until they received the script and billed for it. This seemed odd to me. I politely asked her if she was sure, or if there was someone else she could ask so I wasn't having all of my medication sent there for nothing. I'm not sure why that triggered her so much, but she hung the phone up. I called ScriptStop Pharmacy down the street-they were MUCH friendlier and helpful! Why do people choose to work in a retail/customer service environment if the slightest thing sets them off?

They closed at 8PM ! 4 people back there flapping their gums instead of working. After objecting, it was ready in 15 minutes ! What’s it take to count 30 pills and type the info for a label ! I will be changing pharmacies asap !
