StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab White Plains offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Very thorough, methodical and gives you a complete stretch that feels like a full workout combined with a massage all in one! Great knowledge of all the muscles that need stretching and goes through them one by one! Highly recommended.

For example, I thought I could never barbell squat again due to knee pain. He diagnosed me and developed then went through a comprehensive stretch routine for me. He also gave me stretches and exercises to do outside of my sessions with him. Unbelievably, my knee pain disappeared and I am back to squatting like I am in my twenties. I could not possibly recommend Derek more!!!
