  We had a bad experience at this shop. Made an appointment and was told when we made the appointment that sometimes they run late. We showed up 15 mins late for the appointment and they told us to come back another day. If the shop and optometrist can be forgiven for not keeping to their appointments, how come they punish customers for showing up slightly late?

  Chelsea D. worked with me today, and (as with everyone else I dealt with in the store today) I found her to be most helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Together with the rest of the team, Ms. Chelsea D. I provided me with what I experienced as being truly top-notch care; and she made me grateful for having selected LensCrafters.   I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters thanks to Chelsea D. and Alice. From the moment I walked in, they were both welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. Chelsea D. took the time to carefully help me find the right frames, offering honest recommendations and making sure everything fit comfortably and looked great. Alice was equally amazing — knowledgeable, patient, and efficient throughout the process, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Their teamwork, positive attitude, and attention to detail truly stood out. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and confident with my purchase. Customer service like this is rare, and they both made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend this LensCrafters location because of Chelsea D. and Alice!

  Chelsea “G” was incredibly friendly and easygoing, making our experience at the store a breeze. The place itself is great, and the service is exceptional throughout. The team there is incredibly patient and helpful, and they manage to multitask while still providing excellent customer care. I’ve dealt with several of the reps there, and they’re all awesome and genuinely want to help. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eyewear needs. Thanks for the great services, from getting contacts to picking out the perfect glasses. Even helping my kids as newer customers, and my wife and I as returning customers. Shoutout to both doctors Rosenzweig and Fernandez always striving for perfection with their patients.

  The fitting and pick up experiences were fine. The glasses fit and the quality is good and LensCrafters did a good job of incorporating all the insurance benefits from my Medicare advantage plan. However, communication with the store during the time that they were being made was difficult as I explain below. I received a message stating that my glasses were waiting to be picked up, but I couldn’t get through to the store. This sales staff are extremely rude with customers calling and put the call on hold and don’t pick when I was calling. Sometimes they didn’t answer at all. When I posted here that the phone service was poor, I received an AI produced message feigning customer concern. Please a dose of humanity would help the next customer; a phone call with the staff about the best parking location to reach this store would have been helpful.
