  I had an amazing experience getting LASIK here. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and a very personal touch. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which really helped calm any nerves. The doctors were outstanding—extremely patient, informative, and took the time to answer every question so I felt completely comfortable and understood each step of the process. A special thank you to Dr. Abramson, who performed my surgery—she was precise, gentle, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Dr. Marques was also fantastic—thorough, attentive, and truly caring. What stood out most was how personal everything felt, including the follow-ups, which were thoughtful and reassuring. I never felt rushed or like just another patient. I’m very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering LASIK.

  I was a little nervous to get Lasik. One of the hardest parts once you decide to go through with it is choosing who you trust to perform the surgery. After doing my research and asking somewhere north of 20 people I know who had Lasik, the answer was consistently the same: Dr. Jodi Abramson. One person I spoke to even had their procedure done by her over 15 years ago and still has great vision today, which really gave me confidence. I had my procedure done about 3 days ago and the results are night and day. Dr. Abramson really takes the time to make sure you're the right candidate, and the entire office is staffed with excellent people. The environment is relaxed but still very professional. Jen, the eye doctor in the office, was honestly one of the best eye doctors I’ve dealt with in my 25+ years of wearing glasses. During the surgery itself, Dr. Abramson made me feel very comfortable and explained everything as she went, which helped a lot with any nerves. The whole process was seamless. I went from a -8.00 prescription to seeing 20/20. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Dr. Abramson and the entire team.

  Doctor Abramson explained every step of the procedure what to expect and calmly eased you thru the process even though it took no more than 5 minutes. Highly recommend them even though she is a Chelsea supporter!!!

  Great experience, they made me feel comfortable, knowledgeable and aware of what was happening the whole time. Would definitely recommend this office for Lasik or any other eye procedure you’re looking for.

  I’m a (CXL) Cornea Cross-linking Patient with Keratoconus. Dr. Abramson went out of her way to make sure I felt confident in my knowledge of the procedure and its importance for my specific case of Keratoconus in each eye. She truly listened to me and made a treatment plan that would maximize my quality of life between treatments and helped me to weigh and balance my options based on her expert opinion. The truth is, CXL won’t help me to see better most likely. And I’m so grateful for this surgeon’s honesty. She helped me set my expectations about outcomes and made it clear she’s just a text or call away if I’m ever concerned. Dr. Avila was the Optometrist who evaluated my candidacy. She was very kind and answered all of my questions. Samantha reviewed my financial options and I was treated with kindness by Karla (the technician who took my measurements and assisted with my procedure) and the front desk staff at each visit.Their team has great synergy from the front office to the surgical suite. I’ve only know myself to have Keratoconus for 2 months and it took the expert care and consideration of four practitioners to get me to this sight-preserving surgery. I urge anyone in the New York tri-state area to make an appointment and learn about their approach. NOTE: Because their machine is not FDA approved you will have to come out of pocket, but the surgery costs the least her office could reasonably charge and it covers follow up appointments for your recovery period. Additionally, Dr. Abramson is a pioneer in the space of CXL having participated in clinical research/trials over the years. She thoroughly understands the procedure for sensitive and complex cases. She goes for what works even when the US is behind the global standard of practice/care. I’ll update with how things are going at each milestone (this is 2/19…4days post op).
