  Jessica is my Hygienist; she is very professional. She treats with greatest care. The staff is also wonderful . I highly recommend anyone to visit this office.

  Would NOT recommend. I got my dental cleaning done here. I’ve been getting routine cleanings every six months for years, and I’ve never had one hurt this much, even after getting my braces taken off. The receptionist and dental hygienist spoke to me nicely, but when it came to the teeth was VERY aggressive with my mouth, she kept saying that it hurt so much and that I was bleeding because "my gums were swollen." At a point, I wanted to just get up and leave because of how painful it was. Dental cleanings could be uncomfortable, but this one was extremely painful!! On top of that, I canceled another appointment over the phone and was told it was canceled, yet I still received a call later to “confirm” the same appointment. I then had to call AGAIN just to cancel it once more. Even after this, I continue to receive emails and messages as if I never made the cancellation or complaint.

  I had a very concerning experience with White Plains Family Dental Arts regarding billing and financing practices. My family member was quoted and financed approximately $35,000 for a treatment plan through a third-party lender. Only about $15,000 worth of dental work was actually performed. Despite this, the office billed and financed the full amount and has repeatedly refused to provide a final itemized statement documenting what services were performed and what services were not. This has created a serious financial and legal issue with the financing company, since patients should never be charged for procedures that were not rendered. Refusing to provide itemized billing is not acceptable in any medical or dental practice. We are now forced to pursue formal disputes and regulatory complaints simply to obtain basic billing transparency. I strongly recommend that anyone considering treatment here get all costs, procedures, and billing in writing and be very cautious with financing arrangements.
