    Absolutely great experience, the staff was very friendly and patient. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my exam findings. I am so happy with my experience I will continue to go there for my annual eye exam

    It's crazy-making to me that you can't just call this store, which itself is never busy. The company would rather connect you to people on another continent to act as a middleman for questions specific to the store. The call center then has to reach out to the store, and then promise to email you the answer, which invariably never comes. Again, this is so unhelpful I can barely believe it's real.
