  I almost left this place without purchasing glasses. When I arrived I was told that the insurance website was down. I wasn’t going to use my insurance but this very rude and condescending female at the check in desk appears to have no customer service etiquette. I’ve never had to deal with someone so rude at Lenscrafters’s before. This is my first bad review. I hope they contact me so I can give them the name of the individual. I’ve been purchasing glasses at Lenscrafters’s for years between different stores but never had this kind of treatment before.

  The eye exam was fine but the technicians helping me order contacts were distracted and entered the incorrect power for one eye. I mentioned it and it was corrected, but I noticed once I got home that my receipt still had the incorrect power noted. I called to confirm the correct lenses were ordered, and I was assured it was correct. My lenses arrived today and one is incorrect.

  My exam with Dr. Susan Rosenzweig was excellent from start to finish. She was thorough, patient, and genuinely attentive, and I always feel completely at ease throughout the visit. She explains everything clearly and never makes me feel rushed. Chelsea G, who checked me in, set the tone right away—warm, organized, and welcoming. She handled everything smoothly and made the whole process feel easy. Together, they created an experience that felt respectful, professional, and human, and I left feeling well cared for and grateful. I’ve been going to LensCrafters for my eye care and will continue to, and this visit reminded me why. The level of care, professionalism, and kindness from both Dr. Rosenzweig and Chelsea G made the entire experience feel respectful and supportive. Thank you!!

  The staff was very informative and helpful every step of the way. Picking up some RayBan/Meta's. Wanted to install some progressives. they advised what needs to be done. Take advantage a of a full Eye exam. Got a true education on the growth of the progressive lenses and what RayBan can provide. Justin (Location Manager) was very helpful in selecting frames and offered info on the discounts that i was able to take advantage of.
