I had booked an appointment, got my eyes dilated wait 1.5 hrs to then never be seen and when home with a massive headache/migraine from waiting and looking at bright lights while waiting (meanwhile I have photophobia). Waited for nothing, did not buy any eyewear. I hope they don't charge my insurance for dilating my eyes. I won't be coming back here again. I am officially anti-lenscrafters. No sense of urgency and by no means is this the MDs fault. They over book clients and have the MD run around in circles.
