Dr Susan Rosenzweig was great. She took her time to make sure my eye prescription was perfect! I would highly recommend her for your next eye exam. She is at the Lens Crafters Location in the Westchester Mall, 3rd floor.

After waiting 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I inquired about how much longer the wait would be, and I was told "about 30-40 minutes." Had I not proactively inquired, nobody would have said anything to me about them running nearly an hour behind schedule. They also had new technology that day, so my "basic eye exam" took over an hour to complete (I did not get images or dilation done). To their credit, once I said something, they asked me if I would be willing to meet with another doctor, which got me seen sooner, but still 30 minutes past my originally scheduled appointment time. The doctor was thorough, kind, and knowledgeable---I like the eye doctor. When I finished my appointment, I requested to only get lenses and keep my old frames, and they charged me $262 (with insurance), which felt high. I was so exhausted from the 2+ hour ordeal that I did not have the energy to inquire about the charge. I left frustrated, tired, and honestly like I was taken advantage of and upsold on something with my lenses that I did not understand. The woman who ordered my lenses was very professional and friendly; however, she seemed to want to push me through quickly, which was also frustrating after I had waited so long. While not her fault, the icing on the cake was that their printer broke when it came time to print my itemized receipt, which I ultimately said not to bother with so I could leave. Do better.

I had an amazing experience! Dr. Judy Lai was super professional and helpful. Emily, the salesperson, walked me through the whole process to find the perfect glasses. I’m definitely going to recommend this place to anyone who needs eye care.
