Everyone was friendly, communicative, and truly kind—no rushing, no pressure, just real care. This was my first time ever getting contacts, and they were incredibly patient while I practiced. Not once did I feel embarrassed or hurried. They explained everything clearly, encouraged me the whole time, and made sure I was comfortable before moving on. That alone speaks volumes. The store itself is clean, organized, and inviting, which only added to the overall positive experience. I left feeling confident, informed, and grateful. Dr. Bernstein was so thorough and took the time to explain the exams to me, as well as, answer all of my questions. Sherif was so helpful and attentive. He was so patient with me as I tried on so many different pairs of glasses. In addition , their prices are much more reasonable than many other places I've visited. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of an eye exam, glasses or contact lenses!
- TCTobee ClearNov 7, 20255.0I came in randomly looking for a bigger more modern frame. The customer service rep, Muhammad, was very helpful. I was looking at the designer frames which were pretty competitive in pricing to other outfits I visited, but Muhammed directed me to check out the target brand A/X exchange unofficial. This brand had beautiful frames and I ended up buying two frames at $ 120.00 each. With my prescription which is just for distance, it came to$135.00, a fraction of what I paid at another vision place, and that was including scratch resistance. It would have been 60 dollars more for anti- glare, but I don't drive much at night so I opted put. Also I received 5% off on top of that because I used my Target card ! Woohoo! If you are in the market for glasses, come here it’s so worth it. They did not take my insurance but even with partial insurance coverage I paid way more at another place. Customer service 5 stars! Affordability, 5 stars!
