  I went to this place with my prescription and my frame to get my tint lens with my prescription on it and they said that that prescription was very high then I ask the lady that I would take an exam with them if my insurance approve it and she went for it and took my exam with them but this lady came out with $260.00 because of the premium progressive and I said that my insurance Allways cover everything including the frame and this time I came to the optical with mine then after I confronted her she let it go and agreed that it was going to be 0 dollar deducible 5 days after she is calling me to get $40.00 dollars extra for the tint and I said no and went to get my frame, then 3 days after she is calling me again saying that the insurance denied the exam they did for me and she will send me a bill for $55.00 dollars and I said to her that she is responsible for that because I ask her if they would aloud it and she proceeded with the exam. This place are lying to the customers in order to make extra money claiming that the insurance doesn’t cover certain items, in other words they are stealing! Also check what a disgusting receipt she gave me and also I am attaching the page from the insurance where it stated how much extra it would be if I go with upgraded stuff and as you can see there is no $260.00 for the progressive premium, is only $30.00

  Would not recommend this place. The workers have nasty attitudes and the manager Marianna does as well. The glasses are cheaply made and would overall not recommend. If I could give no stars I would!

  One star because the eye doctor seemed nice. As far as the workers not so much. Took my son for exam was told glasses would be in about a week. No problem. Two weeks later they finally arrived. I have no issues with that except explain to the customer that it may take one to three weeks depending on how fast insurance company sends out. Went today to pick up. Not only did the lady that gave him the glasses have a attitude she didn't even check to make sure they were straight ect. Then I asked for a cleaning cloth like asking for a million dollars. They could not spare a cloth?! Lesson learned. Do better sterling opticle

  Great and friendly staff. My eye exam went perfectly, and the choices of glasses were great. Would come back.
