  I can't say how great Dr. Basra and his team are. After being hurt on the job as a firefighter, I was sent to multiple Dr's through the "recommended" book the City keeps on file. After 3 different doctors I'm glad I found the best. Dr. Basra and his team are very informative and perform at the highest level. I had a spinal fusion in my neck and was very concerned. I'm glad to say 6 months after surgery I'm feeling good and healing properly. If you're in any situation where you'll need surgery, I would highly recommend Dr. Basra.

  Dr. Basra is an intelligent, compassionate and understanding spine surgeon. He listened to my back, leg and balance issues, examined the MRI and when other treatments didn’t work, recommended a spinal fusion. He explained in a way in which I could understand, exactly what he was going to do and why it would alleviate my problems. He also clearly told me what to expect and a timeline for recovery. I am three months into recovery and free of all pain and continuing to heal through exercise and physical therapy. I would highly recommend Dr. Basra and also commend his staff.

  Dr. Sushil Basra has been my doctor for three years now, and I am so grateful for all his help. In 2023, I chose to have my lumbar fusion surgery with Dr.Basra. It was the best decision I've made. I felt extremely uneasy undergoing such a surgery; however, Dr. Basra thoroughly answered all of my concerns/questions. He is one of the most patient and kindest doctors I have ever met. My surgery and healing process went smoothly, and I now see him for annual check-ins. Before I knew it, I was able to go back to my normal life without that pain. I highly recommend Dr. Basra.

  Dr Basra is an amazing caring, and knowledgeable expert. He takes the time to explain and educate. Does not alarm patients who do not need immediate surgery only when critical. I sought a second opinion as my brother had tremendous improvement after a fusion. I drove from out of state. The three hour drive was well worth the trip. I know patients and doctors alike highly recommend Dr Basra.
