The woman there was so nice and friendly! She replaced the screw for an extremely low price and even gave me a small eyeglass repair kit that contained a tiny screwdriver and an additional screw. This kit was free of charge and I was very surprised and really happy about this. What a kind person to do this for me! It was so refreshing to have such a great customer experience and I will definitely be back in the future!
