  My child and I waited outside in the cold for 15 minutes for the building to open. Nobody else was there. 10 minutes after we got there and filled out our information another patient showed up. That patient was called before my son even tho we were there 20-25 minutes before her. When I asked why she was called first the receptionist said it was whoever gets entered into the computer first. There was no reason my son shouldn’t haven been entered first in the time we were waiting. There was new new information to be entered, we had been seen at this location many times. The receptionist was too busy chitchatting with her co worker to enter my son’s information. Apparently the other co worker was able to multitask enough to enter her patient into the computer with 10-15 minutes less time then the receptionist I seen. Needless to say I am not happy. I would like to think I’m patient and understanding, if it were for myself I wouldn’t have been AS upset. But it was in regards to my kid. So I’m very unhappy.

  We were in the area for a wedding and brought my daughter for an ear infection. We were frustrated to see that the PA up-coded our daughter's simple sick visit to a "moderate complexity" visit which resulted in an extra ~100$ being billed to insurance and falling onto our family. PA spent less than 5 minutes with us as this was a routine medical concern that we normally would have brought her to her pediatrician for. I appealed the coding but was declined by Albany Med without explanation. Disappointed that this Urgent Care would support overcharging patients in this way.

  Their website says open until 9 turned away at 815 saying they were done for the night.
