I had the option of an oral appliance, similar to a retainer, and within days I felt noticeably better. My alertness and tiredness have improved greatly. The mouthpiece is great with camping since I don’t need power, looking forward to it future use in a backpacking trip.

The CPAP in my opinion is unhealthy, even if you change and clean it still feels unhealthy. This is clean, safe and not so cumbersome. it is amazing 10 out of 10. Everyone would sleep apnea or snoring issues should look into this device. It’s non-invasive, minimal care it’s like brushing your teeth every day it is just amazing. I wasted five years on a CPAP machine. You don’t have to worry about travel and carrying that little bag very very inconvenient….love it!! Thank you Babylon dental.
