If I could put zero Stars I would. I've been on hold for 36 minutes trying to get in touch with the office and I couldn't get through to speak with someone in the doctor's office, first they have you on hold for 28 minutes and then you get an answering service and the answering service then is trying to get through to the doctor's office and no one is answering in the office. I was on hold for 36 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous and this is for somebody being sick. You're sick & They give you an appointment for the next day. I called back to try to change it because I'm sick and you want to be seen today and they don't even answer the phone in the office & instead, I was on hold for 36 minutes and they close at 7:00 p.m. The answering service couldn't even get through to the office. I don't even understand what kind of doctors office this has changed to, This is absolutely disgraceful!! If I could post pictures I would because I took pictures of the time I was on hold. I just can't believe this, trying to get an appointment and I can't even get through to the office. Absolutely ridiculous!!

DO NOT EVER USE THIS FACILITY.... The front desk team (including the manager) are rude, unhelpful, condescending, and ineffective. I spoke to three people over the course of weeks to get a PT appt for my son and the experience was HORRIFIC. There is a cancer in the attitude across the team. To call this a "Catholic" health facility is a joke. There is no compassion or desire to help the patient. To the point that I spoke to my insurance provider and they called Catholic health directly to sort out the problem . After 90 minutes, my carrier called me back to kindly tell me that she recommended I find another facility because this facility was not listening to the terms of my coverage nor interested in understanding the clarity that the insurer was trying to focus on. TORTURE. We finally got an appt. The PT was mediocre and now we have found a much better facility. Weeks and weeks wasted with the negative energy and lack of support from this facility. Just SHAMEFUL. The front desk team need to all take a class on compassion and customer service. Stay away from this facility, there are other good ones.

Been here multiple times! Terri is great kind reassuring me of any questions I have listens no matter what! Love her but, I can not get a hold of the office no-one answers it’s so frustrating! On top of that other places answer the call to transfer to the front office where it used to be call that office directly not going through hoops just to talk to a staff or even tried getting earlier appointments! They give me an issue! Please do better!
