  Only 2 stars because repair guys and delivery guys were awesome the rest was horrible communication is terrible knowone knows what the next person's doing took forever only stayed with them because on nys compensation and now where closer kinda trapped if wasn't for the people that accually came out would be 0 stars im 99% sure the 5 star rates are fake or employees im not even sure about the 2 stars they screwed me around over a month not returning calls not answering etc

  Called maryann which is very friendly and has great customer service. She told me what was needed and I stopped in today 9/9 and they were contacting the Dr to get everything they need for my partner to get a CPAP machine and mask fit tomorrow. Great customer service by all involved. Could not ask for a better team. Keep up the good work.
